Academic Calendar 2011/2012
The Academic year is divided into two semesters. Each semester is divided into 3 periods (8-8-4).

All Academic Calendars are published under provision of the formal approval of the Dean of the Faculty of Economics and Business.
Timetables 2011/2012
On the UvA Timetables website you find teaching and examination timetables for the study programmes of the University of Amsterdam.
Timetables and schedules for courses and examinations for the academic year 2011/2012 are published under provision.
Please note that examination schedules are always published under provision until the bookings of the examination venues have been confirmed.

The Faculty's course catalogues are available online. In the digital course catalogue the programme descriptions, programme schedules and course descriptions are published, as well as the course catalogues from the previous academic years.

The Academic year is divided into two semesters. Each semester is divided into two quarters. Every week of the Academic year is meant for a specific activity.
