Did you receive an 8.5 or higher for your thesis? Have you completed or will you complete a Master or doctoral study between 6 May 2009 and 3 May 2010? Then you can enter your thesis into the UvA Thesis Competition (UvA-scriptieprijs) up to and including 3 May.

Prizes of €3,000, €2,000 or €1,000 will be awarded to the three best theses. A jury of prominent UvA professors will judge the entries on the basis of academic content and originality. The prize winners will be announced during the official closing event of University Day which will be held on Saturday, 12 June.
