Udrive

Harde schijf van een computer

As a UvA student, you are entitled to store files on the Udrive. The Udrive is basically a separate partition on a network disk that can only be accessed by you. You may store up to 100 Mb of data on the Udrive.

You can access the Udrive from all UvA computers or any other computer with an internet connection. Authentication will require entering your UvAnetID and password.

Installing the Udrive

When you log in to a computer at any of the study centres, the system will automatically establish a connection with the Udrive. You can use the Udrive in the same way as the other drives (hard disk, usb sticks and the like) on the computer.

For more information on establishing a connection between the Udrive and a computer outside of the UvA network, please refer to the manual.
