The forms below are for the second semester, first period. Post-registration is not guaranteed! 

Post-registration

After SIS closes you can make a request for post-registration to enter a workgroup. However, through post-registration a spot is not guaranteed. Consult the Blackboard page of the course in case to learn whether you are placed (or via SiS).

Transfer

If you are enlisted in a workgroup you can ask for a transfer to a different workgroup of the same course. The request can only be approved if there are enough spots available.

Form for absence first meeting

With this form - which is unfortunately in Dutch - you can announce your absence for the first session of a course. It is not meant for withdrawal the whole course; for that you can de-register through SIS. This is possible until one week before the lectures start.
